Pews and Perches: fifth edition

In the fifth and final edition of our Pews and Perches competition, LFA once again worked with the Royal Docks in commissioning six benches to be installed in various locations around the Docklands. The open call invited designers to conceptualise a bench reflecting on LFA 2024 theme ‘Reimagine’ that would serve the local community and function as a useful public amenity.

The benches were installed in May 2024, and will remain in place for at least one year.
