Join us for a series of four art/craft classes on the LFA theme 'Voices', that works towards a public exhibition at the end of the month!
The classes will use different art and craft materials and found objects to create pictures, sculptures, etc. The topic of the work will be 'voices' focusing on those of West Hendon/Hendon, reflecting ideas to do with, for example, unheard voices, buried voices, children's voices, loud voices, the voiceless, international voices, famous voices.
Why are we doing this? To visually depict the community of West Hendon in its diversity, history, and emotions.
Who is it for? Classes will be open to post-16 residents of West Hendon and locality. The exhibition will be open to all - see other listing for more information!
