Join us for our Reverse Speed Mentoring event as part of the London Festival of Architecture. Hosted by Ryder Architecture, the event flips the traditional mentoring dynamic, giving students and emerging voices the platform to challenge, inspire, and guide experienced cross-sector built environment professionals.
Through open discussions and talks across the night, we’ll explore how the next generation envisions a more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative built environment. This presents a great opportunity for us all to pause and collectively reflect on how we came to be where we are today, recognising our diverse pathways into and around the industry.
The event provides an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and rethink what mentorship can be; we invite college, university students and emerging talent to attend with the opportunity to mentor cross-sector professionals, with ample opportunity to network.
