Come and join architect educators MATT+FIONA and playground specialists Timberplay, for a day of fun, play, making and picnicking in one of London’s newest play spaces, designed and built by young people from the Regent's Park Estate in Camden.

We’ll be creating new pop-up additions & elements for the play space through making, experimentation, and loose parts play, exploring ideas around performance, light, reflection, and nature. Designers and young people will work side by side to explore how dynamic and kinetic play can be incorporated into design, including timber building, den-making and wet play. Alongside large-scale building, there will be opportunities to explore smaller scale craft activities. A picnic lunch will also be provided.

We welcome the magic that happens when the voices & ideas of people of all ages & backgrounds come together. We hope the event encourages participants to feel able to create a more equitable and sustainable London.

We can’t wait for you to join us. Let’s Build!
