Join this informative walk and talk with Hadley Property Group's design team tasked with reimagining the former GSK HQ building and site for a sustainable, connected future.

Local voices are central to this transformation, with input from residents, businesses, and stakeholders to ensure the development reflects the Golden Mile’s rich history while embracing a dynamic, modern vision. A planning application for the project will be submitted later this year.

At the end of the tour, guests will be invited to embark on a ‘canal cruise,’ for an on-board presentation from the design team, highlighting how Hadley’s co-design processes have shaped their plans.
