Join Seaforth Land, Squire & Partners and Atelier Ten, for an evening tour of Space House, following its four-year transformation.

The Grade II-listed modernist icon, originally designed by George Marsh and Richard Seifert, is known for its distinctive cylindrical tower and concrete façade, which has fashioned a bold West End identity for decades.

Its recent renovation has resulted in a modern state of the art building featuring characterful space that is sustainable, rich in amenity and social spaces with private and public outdoor spaces, delivering what the Twentieth Century Society has called “coolest new office development of 2024”.

The tour will be led by Tyler Goodwin, Seaforth Land; Tim Gledstone, Squire & Partners; and Younha Rhee, Atelier Ten, who will present their ambitious adaptive reuse transformation and how they worked together to bring the voice of modernist architecture into the 21st Century.
